Want to push and extend your limits? You can reach the recreational diving limits with the Deep Diving specialty
The Deep Diving specialty pushes the limits of other dive certifications to the recreational limit of 40 meters. Diving this deep requires additional knowledge and techniques that will make you a safer and more experienced diver.
The specialty is divided into four dives ranging from 18 meters to 40 meters.
To dive beyond this recreational limit you should check SSI Xtended Range courses which cover a new area of diving through intensive and complete training for technical diving.
What is included in the Deep Diving Course

Course requirements
- SSI Open Water Diver ( equivalent certifications from other dive organizations might cover requirements )
- 15 years or older
