History of Lotus Diving
Lotus Diving, established in 1999, is now an SSI Instructor Training Dive center located in Chaloklum. Lotus Diving, the only completely Thai-owned dive center on the island, was one of the first dive centers on Koh Phangan and is owned by Chan, a local from Chaloklum.
Our Mission
Lotus Diving set its mission to providing the best diving services on Koh Phangan. But it also aim to be community oriented by organizing underwater cleaning and working with the Thai DMCR (Department of Marine Coast and Research) to take part in several conservation programs.
Facilities
Lotus Diving facilities are not the small bamboo shack you sometimes see on beaches, it is a fully equipped dive center with many air-conditioned classrooms, a lounge area, and a dedicated swimming pool.
Our Dive Boat
A boat for divers by divers. It has spacious seating area and easy access to equipment. It is also one of the most stable on the island.
